How do I reserve my glamping setup?

How many people can the outdoor tent sleep?

Our standard queen backyard glamping tent includes one elevated queen bed (80 x 60) which can sleep two adults. Our twin glamping experience can hold up to 4 elevated twin beds (76 x 39). For kids/teen sleepovrs, te 5m tent can hold 8 narrow twins (on the ground). The 6m tent can comfortably hold 10 narrow twins (75 x 25). The lounge tent can seat 8-12 people comfortably.

What space is required for outdoor glamping?

A minimum of 20 x 20 feet of grass (5 meter tent). A minimum of 24 x 14 feet of grass (6 meter tent)

Can you pitch an outdoor tent on concrete or artificial turf?

Yes, for an additional $250 fee. Sandbags are brought in and secured to the tent.Same space requirements as noted above.

How does the Teepee Sleepover Party work?

We deliver tiny teepee tents to your home for an indoor setup. These tiny teepee tents are great for kid’s parties, slumber parties, birthdays, girls night in and anything you can dream up! All decor and bedding included for the Glamp-IN teepee party! We use narrow twins (75 x 25) for the teepee parties.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery, set-up and take down for the tiny teepee tents is $75 for locations within 15 miles of Rocklin, CA. Delivery, set-up and take down for backyard glamping is $95 for locations within 15 miles of Rocklin, CA. Movie night delivery is $50. Picnic table deliver is $50. Mileage charge of $3.00/mile for outside the 15 mile radius. Contact us if you are outside of this range.

When do you set up/tear down?

Check in is 3pm. Check out is 10am. Depending on various factors, we set up and tear down between 9am - 3pm. We will send you a text the day before your booking with an ETA. We will always be set up by 3pm.

How does bedding work?

For our glamping experiences, we provide a full sheet set, pillows, and a decor blanket/throws for each bed.

How does the theater experience work?

Our in-tent theater comes with a wireless projector that connects to your home wifi to stream Netflix, Hulu, Prime, Disney+ etc. Projector connects with an Amazon Fire Stick.

Can I cancel my reservation?

You can receive a full refund if you contact us a minimum of 7 days before your booking date. If you want to cancel within 7 days of your booking date, the full amount paid can be applied to a different date.

What if it rains?

The canvas tent is 100% water resistant. If light rain is expected, we will set up as normal. If severe weather or lightning is expected, you can reschedule the day of your booking. Reschedule dates are based on availability.

Do you offer discounts for multiple nights?

Yes, depending on availability. Please ask for the multi-night discount upon booking.
